BARRY BEITLER (Principal)
Mr. Beitler founded Beitler
Commercial Realty Services in 1979. From a one-room start-up to six
offices and approximately 100 agents, Beitler Commercial Realty Services
has evolved into one of the largest, independently-owned, commercial
brokerage and consulting firms in Southern California. Mr. Beitler has
served as the exclusive leasing or selling agent on over 13 million square
feet of office space. Clients include The David Geffen Companies; Rhino
Entertainment; ESPN; The Samuel Goldwyn Foundation; the Walt Disney
Company; Polygram Entertainment; Warner Bros. Studios; the Resolution
Trust Corporation in the sale of the Columbia Savings; Hughes Aircraft
Company; Bank of America; Northwest Airlines; USAA Realty; and
Manufacturers Bank.
Mr. Beitler is currently
a member of TCN Worldwide; AIR; BOMA; ICSC; Corenet; LACRA; ULI; LA
Economic Development Council; the Professional Brokers Alliance; and is
the managing director of eighty real estate partnerships, including Radius
Development Co., Scobar Development, and 1031 Solutions, LLC.
JEFFREY L. HAYDEN
(Managing Director)
Mr. Hayden has over sixteen years of real estate investment experience as
both a placement agent/financial advisor and as a principal in
transactions with an aggregate value of over $800 million, and is
responsible for the investment/underwriting protocol for Asset Funding
Group. Significant transactional experience includes the disposition of
managed/classified and REO assets on behalf of the FDIC, RTC, and life
insurance companies; a $38 million sale-partial-leaseback for Nine West
Group; and the sale-leaseback, development, and repositioning of over $85
million of real estate assets owned by the American Restaurant Group
(Stuart Anderson’s).
Mr. Hayden is an
Associate of the Milken Institute, a member of
the Turnaround Management Association, the Association of Insolvency &
Restructuring Advisors, and is a frequent speaker at distressed-debt and
middle-market conferences. Mr. Hayden has also been interviewed by the
Wall Street Journal, The Deal.com, Net Lease Forum, Globe Street, Western
Real Estate News, and the New York Times, among others.
DAN McCOMB (Vice President)
Mr. McComb has over 20 years experience in real estate investment,
development and finance. He founded Flagship Capital Corporation,
a private development and principal investment firm focused on private
equity investment and real estate development/redevelopment of multiple
product types throughout the United States. The firm executed
financings in excess of $200,000,000 including the redevelopment of the
800,000 sf Ward Parkway Mall in Kansas City, MO, The Ranch at Possum
Kingdom, TX, The Original Outlet Mall in Kenosha, WI and Plaza Del Sol
in Burbank, CA. Mr. McComb’s development experience includes
office, warehouse, retail and mixed use projects including the 280,000
sf corporate campus of Fossil, Inc. in Richardson, TX. He began
his career with Trammell Crow Company’s industrial division in Dallas,
TX where he leased in excess of 1,000,000 square feet and completed over
100 transactions. Mr. McComb graduated from Stanford University.
